With supporters like you, we can provide critical grant funding that implements projects to improve the Yampa River and its tributaries.

Yampa River Fund is managed by Friends of the Yampa, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, federal tax ID is 27-3657002.

 
 

YAMPA RIVER FUND OPERATIONS

Consider donating to support the operation and administration of the River Fund. There are responsibilities involved in running the fund, including overseeing the grant application cycle each year and the projects that are funded by the River Fund to ensure they meet the intended goals. This work is undertaken by Friends of the Yampa, and a donation to support operations will ensure necessary tasks are addressed and grant funding can continue.

YAMPA RIVER FUND ENDOWMENT

The Yampa River Fund endowment is the source of these funds and because of broad community support, it has grown to meet the original goals to provide a sustainable source of annual grant funds to community projects. We are committed to continuing to grow the fund and increase the funds that may be distributed in grants each year to keep up with inflation and other increasing costs over time. A donation directly into the endowment will add to the permanent fund and go towards future projects.

A Confluence of Support for the Yampa River

Support a healthy Yampa River and support our vibrant economy! Every contribution raised through round-up donations at local participating businesses will be directed to support the work of the Yampa River Fund and the Friends of the Yampa’s river health-related programs.
